This tea is specially formulated to drink during times of health or stress to boost the immune system and ward off illnesses before they occur. A mix of Elderberries, Rose Hips, Hawthorn Berries, Cinnamon bark, Astragalus root and Eleuthero root. Be sure to decoct this tea (boil it) and then steep for at least 20-30 minutes as this tea contains roots and berries that need to soak.
