Living Earth Herbs usually ships orders by the following business day. You may choose from one of shipping methods assigned during order check-out, or you can contact us to discuss other shipping methods.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason, return it to us in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt of item and we will be happy to give you a replacement item, store credit, or a refund. Items returned after 15 days from date of purchase will receive a replacement item or store credit only. Items cannot be returned after 60 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Any refused shipments may result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred.

Backorders and Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, we do run out of an item. If this occurs we will be happy to keep your name and order on file and contact you when the item(s)comes in. We will not send out backordered or out of stock items, or charge your credit card, without your prior approval.
