Choices...we all have choices. Shall we choose the herbs that are cultivated without chemicals that are grown the next county over, or the certified organic herbs that come from the other side of the country? Shall we stock the cheaper organic botanicals from a foreign country, or the more expensive, wildharvested option from the bioregion we live in? We've never had so many choices in the alternative medicine field, and this is particularly why we need to be more careful than ever how we "vote" with our dollars to support herbal medicine. As for us folks here at LEH, we're constantly seeking the highest quality herbs we can find, as local as we can get them. But we're still grateful for the bigger market out there to fill in the gaps and to provide the best overall selection.
